1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use chain-order.co.uk, the Chain Order app, or place an order with us in any way. By using the service you agree to them.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send a confirmation when we accept it. We may decline an order if items are out of stock, the address is outside our delivery zone, or we suspect fraud.

3. Prices & payment

Prices include VAT at 20% unless stated. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when we confirm your order.

4. Delivery

We aim for delivery within 25 minutes of order confirmation, but timings can vary by area and time of day. If we're running materially late we'll notify you.

5. Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll refund or replace it. For perishable items we can't accept returns once delivered.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
