Modern Slavery Statement
For the financial year ending 31 December 2025
Our commitment
Chain Order Ltd has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour anywhere in our business or supply chains. This statement is published under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our supply chain
We work with over 6,250 farms and 280 tier-1 suppliers, predominantly in the UK and Republic of Ireland. All tier-1 suppliers must sign our Supplier Code of Conduct as a condition of trading.
Risk assessment
We assess every supplier annually using the Sedex SAQ tool. High-risk categories receive on-site ethical audits via SMETA. In 2025 we audited 42 sites; corrective actions are tracked monthly.
Training
All restaurant managers complete annual modern slavery training. Our procurement team receives quarterly briefings. Findings are reported to the board twice yearly.
Reporting concerns
Anyone — employee, supplier or customer — can confidentially raise a concern via our independent whistleblowing line (Safecall) or directly to [email protected].
