Look for the green SALE OR RETURN GUARANTEE badge on product pages. Eligible stock can be returned for a full refund (excluding return shipping) within 120 days of delivery if it remains:
- Unopened and in original retail packaging
- Within the manufacturer’s expiry date
- Free from damage, marking or in-store labelling
How to start a return
- Log in to your trade account and open the order in question.
- Click Start a Return and select the SOR-eligible items.
- Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any UK courier point.
- We’ll inspect the stock and refund you within 5 working days of receipt.
Exclusions
- CBD edibles and consumables past their best-before date
- Devices that have been activated or charged
- Personalised or custom-printed white-label orders
