Most stores are connected and live within 24–48 hours of trade-account approval.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes — submit artwork via your account dashboard. Minimum order quantity 250 units for branded mailers.
What happens if a customer wants to return an item?
Returns route to our Newcastle warehouse. We notify you when stock is received and credit your account.
Do you ship internationally on dropship orders?
Yes — UK, ROI, and most EU destinations. Customs is the buyer’s responsibility outside the UK.
Are there any monthly fees?
No subscription fees. You only pay for the stock you sell.
